I have medium brown hair and i want to dye my hair blonde. i dont want to use those harmful hairdyes that you buy at the store because they are damaging to your hair. so i want to know if there is a way to dye my hair with natural stuff, thanks =)

i work for an aveda support salon, which mean all we sell is aveda products. aveda is one of the healthiest products you can use on your hair because they are made our of 90% plant and flower extracts. unfortunately though, when you are going blonde, a little damage may occur, but if your hair is completely natural right now, we call it virgin hair, lol, it shouldn't experience too much damage. try an aveda salon.

OH YEAH do not use hemp or henna. it is a common misconception that these products are natural. they are not. henna is deisgned to color your hair red. you can't get it out of your hair. they have metallic compounds in them which was HORRIBLE for your hair. trust me. do not buy them. spend the money and go to a salon or i can guarantee you won't be satisfied.

You can try lemon, for blonde highlights, or you can try hemp powder. you can buy them from stores selling natural products, they're supposed to be natural and not harmful to your hair at all. Just google hemp hair color, you can even order on line.

Its a misconception that hair color is bad for your hair. If you use professional bleach and/or color there are added nutrients. Hair color has come a long way from the dark ages. Lemon juice and henna will cause damage.

Henna is one of the worst things you can use on your hair. The only way to remove henna safely is to grow it out, you can not use any type of color remover, bleach or hair color over henna or you risk losing your hair. Lemon juice is highly acidic and can also cause damage. The best way is to use professional color.

It's hard to tell without looking at your face, but I'd say whatever flatters your face the most. Layers are a good way to go, and I would personally leave your hair curly. Whatever makes you feel confident and looks flattering on you, as well as being able to take care of, will work. And it helps to get your hair cut a day or two before school when the cut is still fresh.

section by section starting at the crown with a fine tooth comb (or slender bristle brush).

take the comb, hold up section, start an inch or so above the scalp, and brush down towards scalp. do it a second time a bit above the teased hair, then again. 3 times only! or you'll do damage (and look too frizzy).

do it on the underside that's not showing.

when done with all sections, gently smooth top with a bristle brush to hide tease.

hairspray. done.

I do mine like how you want it, and i have medium length THICK hair. I use a comb(make sure it's completely straightened and blowdryed),take a small section of hair hold it outwards and brush it towards my scalp(backbrushing), then add hairspray. If you add hairspray beforehand, it'll be harder to fix it if it doesnt come out how you want.

I also use spray gel as a finish.

no you can't permanently dye your hair black, but go to a beauty supply store like Sally's and use Wella Charm hair dye use 40 volume developer. this will make the color stay in longer but you will have to retouch. black is a very hard color get out or grow out so make sure this is what you really want to do.

Do NOT do it! It's a nightmare to lift if you don't like it. The red faded because the molecules of the colour are the largest, therefore they fade quicker. The best way to see how you look in black hair is a wig. I think you need to have your hair layered. Do not cut it short. You also need to go to a beauty counter and have them do a nice makeup for you. You may end up purchasing something, but you would feel better about yourself. It is tough raising children, but I am sure you are a great mother and your children are very lucky, but you need to feel good about yourself too.

if you have any natural wave in your hair you could try scrunching it with some gel after you towel dry your hair. it's quick! you could also think about bangs if you don't already have some...that would be a nice easy change and swept to the side is a youthful style. you could also try clipping it up in a big clip if you don't want it to get in your way. headbands are easy too. hope this helps! :)

thats definiltey not true shorter doesnt mean fatter. i mean if you have "after-meat" from the birth of your four children...just lose some of the weight or at least try. then just put on some nice natural looking makeup nothing heavy. get some nice clothes. now remember....just because you have 4 kids DOESNT mean you cant look good so dont tell yourself that. and just basically highlight your hair or straighten it...or you could crimp it...crimped always looks nice...or you could curl your hair. if you have loong hair...CUT IT...really long hair doesnt look nice sometimes and sometimes there just needs to be a change. short can be cute too. i know that caucasians s=grow their hair fast and if your hair is long trust me and cut it. here...why dont you look at some magazines abd fet hairstyles from famous ppl and try to imitate that from someone professional who can do it for you. you could get a color like beyonce's color...her blondish type of hair and have it like hers especially when hers is curled. i would send u the pic but i dont know how to lol k byee!%26lt;3

Hahaha. If there's one thing all guys should know it's to not let females anywhere near their hair. They do all sorts of strange things to it because it's "cute". No offence girls, that's just the way it is.

And to answer your question, yes, it's permanent. Lemon juice is acidic and it basically bleaches your hair. My sister did the same thing to me a few years ago and I ended up dying my hair to cover it. I regreted that even more than the highlights and ended up shaving it all off. That was years ago, though. Now it's past my shoulders and I don't let girls do things to it.

I hope you learned something from this, enjoy looking like someone from a boyband ;)

It might lighten your hair a little, but will also damage it. If you have dyed it so many times, it is already pretty damaged--imagine how dry and brittle it will be after a few strong doses of citric acid. Your highlights are the most damaged part of your hair already.

well i mean the most reasonable answer is to die your hair permanently medium blonde like it already is you can find this at Sally's beauty supply store and get jazzing! its the best i use it all the time and not to be rude or anything why would she do that i mean it was way too out of there! well good luck!

For a start lemon jucie damages your hair soo much you wouldnt believe.. you need to either wait for it to grow out or die over it but because sections of your hair are lighter when you go to dye they will still be lighter then the rest of your hair..i think it would be better to leave as it will fade soon X

French braids are really good if youre doing a sport. I used to do gymnastics and thats what i usually did for meets. You can do a single braid or two (so that way you have options) its sort of hard to learn to do to youself so you may need someone to help you do it.

how 'bout braids i know it hard but it would look cute and doing somersaults won't be so bad in braids you know that a bun wont be so bad!
