i have dark to medium brown hair...

im getting gold or caramell highlights in my hair...

at the salon it costs 100 dollors for a cut and highlights

do you think its worth it?

i have a job .... its at a supermarket its alright but i make 26 a day on average so i can save money pretty quickly... this week i made 79 dollors for 3 days so if i pay that much its not i like i cant pay for anything else such as my phone bill and etc

Sure. If it makes U happy. U can't sit around wishing and Wanting. It's better U go and try it out and since U said that cash is not an issue, then U dnt have alot to lose

It's worth it, but it would be cheaper if you did it by yourself, or

get it done by students at a beauty school.

Based on your income, you really can't affford it and shouldn't buy it.

However, if you feel that it's something that you really want to do and the idea is going to come back to bug you if you don't get it done, then spend the money and get it over with.

Highlights, at least, is a good choice because when highlights grow out, they are not as noticeable as a full color job. And kudos to you for wanting to have it done professionally.

I would say get "temporary" highlights that wash out, but they are Never the same shade as when it's done professionally.

wow i have like dark dark almost black brown hair n i got golden brown highlights its basically blonde it was really really bright n i almost hated it but after a lil bit it toned down n i love it. but if ur aiming to get noticed n u want a dramatic change, then thats a good choice, but if u want a more subtle color try a maroonish red, thats what im adding to my hair this weekend
