I have light/medium brown hair and was wondering if by using one of the blond color glazes I could make my hair lighter.

No. It will not. It does not have a lifting agent in it.

Sorry it just cuts down the minerals that dull blond hair.

The only way to lighten dart hair is with chemicals (ie bleach, peroxide).
