I have medium blonde hair with lighter highlights, but I really want my hair white! I can't dye it, so I was wondering if there was a way I could make it lighter? Would lemon juice work?...something that wont damage my hair. Or if I bleached it, would it be okay?

I'd try one of those hair dyes that aren't permanent like Natural Instincts, it washes out in 28 washes so the damage is very minimal. That way you can find out if you really want you're hair a specific color.
